Happy Birthday Kurt!

Kurt has been making huge leaps since his recent entry into the room. He has gone from green band pull-ups to know using the red band, 18lb kettlebell to now using 44lbs for this wod. I guess going Rx on your birthday Wod is expected. Great Job Kurt! Happy Birthday!

Max reps for 34 seconds at each station
Burpees
Kettlebell Swings(m-44lbs/f-26lbs)
Push-Ups
Double-Under Jump Rope(div. by 5)
Air Squats
Lunges
1 cycle then a 34 second rest
4 rounds

I can't believe I missed Kurt's B-day WOD! Not after I nagged him for a year to sign up! Happy Birthday! I agree with Kimo, amazing progress. Great job.
