Strength Day - Cleans(Power or Squat)

We continue to stress to our athletes that strength is important for their fitness and overall health and wellness. If done right, 5 reps will leave you as tired as any other workout in the room.

Workout of the Day:

Strength

Clean(Power or Squat)
1-1-1-1-1

then...

7 Burpees
14 Kettlebell Swings
21 Box/Tire Jumps(20")
