We brought back BIG SATURDAY to help Coach Sabrina celebrate her birthday. BIG SATURDAY is programmed for a minimum of 30 minutes with a 60 minute cap. This is definitely an unforgettable workout. Good thing we all get to rest tomorrow. Happy Birthday Sabrina!!
