"Beach Ladders"

Keiki CrossFit class helped Kala'i celebrate his 4th birthday. He did his first full wod. Awesome job Kala'i.

Workout of the Day:

"Beach Ladders"
15 AbMat Sit-Ups(no anchor)(down ladder)
1 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull(m-70lbs/f-26lbs) (up ladder)
400m run after every 5 rounds(after 11/6 - 6/10 - 1/15)
