"Dumbbell Haze"

This is Matt's last workout with us until he returns from his deployment to Afghanistan. There is a CrossFit Box on base where he is stationed and he promises to keep us updated on his progress.

Today's workout has variable Rx weights. The 1st & 3rd rounds athletes use one set of dumbbells and the 2nd & 4th round use the other.

Workout of the Day:

"Dumbbell Haze"
5 Dumbbell Cleans(m-50 & 45lbs/f-35 & 30lbs)
10 Dumbbell Front Squats
10 Dumbbell Lunges
400m Run
4 rounds
