1 Deadlift (add 1 rep every round)
5 Double-Under Jump Rope (add 5 reps every round)
9am & 10am - Tabata Run
12pm - 7 minutes to get through the follow skills and 1 minute rest before starting Prep 12.4
1 Turkish Get-Up(m-53lbs/f-35lbs)
2 Rope Climbs 11'
3 - 15 second L-Sit Holds
4 Muscle-Ups
5 Handstand Push-Ups
6 Pistols
40' Handstand Walk
