"Sit Tight"




As this workout progresses, it becomes harder and harder to maintain the L-Sit position for time.

Workout of the Day:

"Sit Tight"
15 minutes on the clock to accumulate
5 minutes of L-Sits
For each drop do 20 Double-Under Jump Rope
Score = total time accumulated in L-Sits
