Remember on Saturday we still have the 9am & 10am class, the Keiki class at 11:00am and an Advanced class at 12pm.
Workout of the Day:
3 Deadlifts every minute on the minute for 8 minutes
then...
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Good Mornings(m-45lbs/f-31lbs)
15 Front Squats
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes
12pm Class
30 minutes of Skill Practice
1) Handstand Walks - 30' down & 30' back x 3 or Handstand Hold - accumulate 5 minutes
2) L-Sits - accumulate 2 minutes
3) Pistols - 25 each leg
then...
1 Round "Adam Brown"
24 Deadlifts(m-295lbs/f-195lbs)
24 Box Jumps(m-24"/f-20")
24 Wall Ball(m-20lbs/f-14lbs to 10')
24 Bench Press(m-135lbs/f-95lbs) - Scaled
24 Box Jumps
24 Wall Ball
25 Cleans(m-145lbs/f-95lbs)
