For those who did "Manion" on Saturday, the legs are a wreck! Time for a benchmark "girl" wod. Be sure to check your journals and plan for a PR.
Workout of the Day:
Strength/Stamina
Push-Ups - 1 attempt - max reps(rest only in the plank position)
"Nicole"
400m Run
Max Pull-Ups - 1 attempt per round
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
